JESUS, THE WAY TO THE FATHER

The Bridegroom
-Betrothal
-Preparation
-Bridegroom Returns
-Wedding Feast
Let us be glad and rejoice,
and let us give honor to him.
For the time has come for the wedding feast of the Lamb,
and his bride has prepared herself. (Revelations 19:7)

I AM
-The Way
There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
-The Truth
One day as he saw the crowds gathering, Jesus went up on the mountainside and sat down. His disciples gathered around him,  and he began to teach them. (Matthew 5:1-2)
“Don’t misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. (Matthew 5:17)
“You have heard that our ancestors were told, ‘You must not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.’ But I say, if you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell. (Matthew 5:21-22b)
-The Life
I AM the Gate
The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy.
My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.

Visible Image of GOD
Christ is the visible image of the invisible God.
He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation (Colossians 1:15)
The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven. (Hebrews 1:3)
