—Vs. Is NOT to bite and devour one one another
Why are there so many warnings present about how we treat each other?
The problems we have today are not new!
We have a waring instead of us…
-The spirit Galatians 5:22-23
-The fresh Galatians 5:19-21
The spirit and the flesh! Church, what area do we live in?
How do we conquer the flesh? Galatians 5:24
What gets in your way? What slides us from left to right?
-We desire to be right
-We desire to be justified
-We desire to go our own way
-… PRIDE!!! Proves 11:12
Paul desires this to be not be an attribute of the believer…1 Corinthians 6:7
Can Christians have different opinions on thing?
-What should happen when we do?
-How should we act/react?
-What about defending the faith and God?
This should drive us to our knees and God’s word! Philippians 4:6; 2 Timothy 4:2
This is exactly what the Israelites struggle with! Does God need defended?
When we feel ourselves sliding to the flesh what should happen?
We should be humbled
What humility looks like Philippians 2:5b-6
Is this easy? Philippians 1:29 This is part of the suffering
Why is this so important? Matthew 12:25
